Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Download the Tallify app and sign up using your email address or social media account. You'll be guided through a quick setup process to personalize your experience.
How do I start my first workout?
After completing your profile setup, go to the "Train" section and select "Today's Workout". Follow the guided exercises and track your progress.
What equipment do I need?
Most exercises require no equipment. For some advanced exercises, you may need a yoga mat or resistance bands, but these are optional.
Account & Subscription
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to your Profile settings and tap "Subscription" to view your current plan, billing information, and manage your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's App Store settings or by contacting our support team.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free users get basic workout plans and limited features. Premium users get unlimited personalized workouts, advanced nutrition guidance, and priority support.
Progress & Tracking
How do I track my height progress?
Use the measurement feature in the app to record your height monthly. The app will show your progress over time and celebrate milestones.
How often should I work out?
We recommend 15-30 minutes of exercises, 4-6 times per week for optimal results. The app will suggest a schedule based on your goals and availability.
When will I see results?
Most users notice improved posture within 2-4 weeks. Height gains typically become noticeable after 2-3 months of consistent practice.
Technical Support
The app is not working properly
Try restarting the app or your device. If the problem persists, contact our support team with details about the issue.
I can't sync my data
Check your internet connection and make sure you're logged in. Your data should sync automatically when connected to the internet.
I lost my progress
Don't worry! Your data is backed up to the cloud. Log in with the same account and your progress should be restored.
